Approach

Ms. Miller works with each client with understanding and acceptance, to help build on their strengths and personal qualities. She is dedicated to an open, approachable attitude and to helping clients improve their overall well-being. She believes that people innately know what they need in order to heal. She provides a safe space of warmth, compassion, and acceptance. She adopts a holistic approach to therapy, and works from several different treatment modalities, depending on the issues being addressed.

She works with clients to help them gain an awareness of patterns of thinking that no longer serve them—patterns and habits we all have. This process can help them cope with difficult situations, and/or make improvements in their lives and relationships.
