Hypnosis

Hypnosis is the process of bypassing the conscious mind in order to introduce suggestions that are acceptable to you in the subconscious mind.  It is gentle, safe, and effective.  In hypnotherapy, a trained therapist uses hypnosis to help the client make desired changes in his or her life.

Hypnosis can help eliminate negative thoughts and behaviors, and re-program desired thoughts and behaviors in their place. The conscious mind is used for analytical and critical thinking, which can be passed by when dealing with negative habits, thoughts, and behaviors.  Because our subconscious holds the key to our emotions and habits, hypnosis can be a highly effective method for dealing with these issues.

Hypnosis is a relaxed and natural state of concentration.  It is an effective way of making contact with our inner, unconscious self.  In this state you can communicate with deeper thoughts and beliefs you want to transform.

In this relaxed state of consciousness you will remember and be aware of everything. You stay in control, your thoughts and choices will always remain yours, and you will not do or say anything differently than you would normally.
